What is Movie Maker?
- a Windows program used to make short films, slideshows and mixed media
- software is used to create and edit videos and
- features include: effects, transitions, titles/credits, audio track, timeline narration, and Auto Movie

- it is a fun and easy way to integrate technology into the classroom
- students become more aware and increasingly critical of this medium
- it is a fantastic way of encouraging students to communicate with each other and getting them to think about issues such as target audience, planning, team work and purpose
